BMU is taking active measures to protect its employees and the community while making sure that the lights stay on and water continues to flow during this coronavirus outbreak.

Please consider the following worry free ways to pay your utility bill to limit contact with our BMU staff as well as other BMU customers:

  • Call our BMU customer service representatives to make your payments over the phone with a debit or credit card 573-471-3328.
  • Visit our BMU website to pay via our payment portal BMU PAY PORTAL
  • Drive thru payments can be accepted but be sure you have your account number handy so you don’t have to come inside.
  • Night drop box can be utilized to drop payments off after hours, our locked night drop box is located at our drive thru area.
  • Lastly be aware of scammers that take advantage of people’s fears during time of crisis. If you get a call demanding payment hang up and call us immediately.
