At the Customer Web Portal you will be able to view and print your current bill and previous bills, see your usage history and pay your bill.  Accepted payment methods are Debit Cards, VISA, Mastercard and Discover Card. BMU customers using the Customer Web Portal payment method will typically see their payments credited to their BMU account within the same business day.

We also off automatic bank draft payments to be debited from your bank or savings account automatically on the 10th of each month please come in to our office with a voided check and sign the authorization form to enroll.  

Warning: Do not pay a delinquent bill on the cut-off date.

Payments on cut-off day must be made at the Board of Municipal Utilities Office during regular business hours or service may be disconnected and reconnect fees will be assessed.
