Statement Changes 02/2019

As you receive your statement(s) in the mail, you will notice a small format change. In an attempt to make our customer charges easier to understand, we have added the “minimum customer charges” line item to our statements. These customer charges previously were lumped into your total electric, water and sewer charges on your statement. This month we began showing the customer charge separately for each department to provide customers with more detailed information on their statements.
